I was not asking for excuses. More leaning toward some type of genuine customer service. The whole situation could have been... avoided had you had proper signage. In the end that was waste for you and I was pretty upset because had I known the correctinfo I would have ordered differently. I absolutely stand on my previous statement the customer service has really taken aturn. Came in and made sure I read all the signage concerning coupons. Ordered my sandwich and presented coupon to be told "Icant accpet a coupon for that sandwich". I said thats not what the sign says. He says well my manager Patel says no. So I saidok and he said so you dont want the sandwich? I aaid no I dont and left. I can spend my money elsewhere. I used to frequentthis particular store but the customer service has changed drastically. Last time I ordered and the actual manager made it wrongfrom an online order. She then said to bring it back. Gas prices are too high to inconvenience people in such a way. I tried onemore time and this happened. I will not be back to this one. Read more
Great sandwich! Restaurant was very slow, but service was fast and incredibly polite! Making a great name for Subway franchise!
I use to go to Subway once a week before the pandemic. My daughter loved getting a pizza with bacon, lettuce, cucumber and... cheese. My son would get the steak and cheese. I usually get the spicy Italian with everything and sweet onion to top. Weusually go to the Subway on Memorial near Raceway gas station. The employees were always friendly and professional. Placed an order online the app kept changing our bread selection and I asked the employee could I change it he said he had to... call the owner, so he called the wife than the wife had to call the husband the owner. Horrible Customer Service. I didn?t feel welcomed the man didn?t even speak when I asked him a question he just pointed. Didn?t... even give us our sandwiches he just left it on the counter and left to attend someone else. Very rude! Read more
