Worst experience I've ever had. We ordered a mm blast with extra whip and got a vanilla blast and was told they don't do extra... whip. Goodness if you don't like your job move on... ridiculous service. Read more

This location is the worst! The area is horrible, the Sonic itself looks like something out of a Bates Hotel movie, the... exterior is horrible, unclean, the service is well, the young lady that I had a distant encounter with a few days ago wastotally arrogant at 10:30 am, and arrogantly demanded I come inside to pick up a door dash order, and she totally refused tobring it out. Let me just bluntly explain this, We DON'T WORK FOR ANY OF YOU, we don't punch any clock, we don't report to anyof you, we are a delivery service, we pick up and drop! That's it! We get a few dollars for pick up and drop off only and thisis only to our own discretion and choices. We go in some restaurants and I tell you some of them are, well, some of them could use a deep cleaning and a daily cleaning that aren't up to Health Department regulations and because COVID-19 truely exists isanother reason we don't have to enter... Horrible experience *worst restaurant ever* my order was messed up after waiting approximately 20mins. Then I waited another... 20mins in which they still had not brought my correct order out. After waiting an additional 10mins, I decided to cancel theorder and go somewhere else. I waited another 15mins before I asked to speak to a manager because they had not cancelled myorder and did not issue a refund. The person who came out was rude and asked for the food back (which I had already given to theperson who brought the order out). He refused to give me his name *Brandon* is on the receipt but he said it's on the door. MaryDean was the GM name on the door quite clearly he was no where near being in leadership definitely not a GM; and obviously not awoman either. It was the worst Sonic experience ever. Several cars pulled off at the lack of customer service andprofessionalism. In the middle of waiting almost an hour, the person who was making the food came outside and smoked a cigarettefor 10mins.
