I went to reel Cajun this weekend and this place is very expensive, for the service I received, they have two sides one in... direct sunlight the other in shade, I was in the sun, they had a ceiling full of TV's and none on, even after I asked can I getthe same service as the other side, didn't happen the drinks I ordered tasted like juice ???? and I didn't order juice. Thisplace is not worth the price you have to pay. Oh I didn't mention the food let's just not mention the food, my steak was welldone after asking for medium, my friend asked for a stuffed pork chop and got a pork chop folded on top of itself it looked likethat was the little bone that be on the side of the pork chop. I ordered a shrimp dinner and seafood gumbo togo for a dinner on my way in to work for a night shift at nearby refinery. ... Although the shrimp dinner was good (how can anyone mess up fried shrimps), the gumbo should not have been sold. It seemed thisINEDIBLE SALT BOMB gumbo had been made a week ago and sitting on a stove for days, for the shrimps in the soup was dark brown(look at the attached photo after it was poured onto rice), crumbly, salt bombs. I was in the mood for some seafood, then I realized crawfish was still available. So I dove into some shrimp and crawfish. 3lbs... Crawfish 1lb Shrimp 2 sausages 1 corn cob Everything tastes great. Reel seasoned shall I say! We hadn't been in about two years and my oh my was it worth the wait. The crawfish were bomb, and I... had the blackened fish with two sides and I definitely was satisfied! We have been here many times over the years and I can not express how great everything always is! My husband and I went here for... a Date night and the waiter was great very accommodating. They sat us at a table and my husband decided he wanted a boothwithout hesitation the waiter took us to the booth. Give it wasn't busy but still great customer service. We had the Cajun eggrolls that are always cooked to perfection. For our entrée my husband had the blackened catfish and fried okra. I had the poundof boiled shrimp which were amazing. All in all so satisfied with our date night.
