Suprising my hubby after a few years of not going with all my grown up kids. As soon as we entered. The little girl and the guy... were like omg. No hello stood in place to order. Was acknowled after 5 minutes. Then she came and between her teeth say ohhhello . I started with my order. , she wasn't ringing anything up just kept staring. So she walked away not sure why , Andand as we proceeded to leave. She was oh have a nice day all happy. Very rude. People. This was Sunday October 2 at1145-12::00 pm. If people don?t want to work why be there. We just took our money elsewhere . We rarelly go all togetherwith my adult kids and grandkids. ???? Read more
Avoid this place if you can! It always takes a long time to get your food and even if you get your food it's usually stale or... cold. They also randomly close down the restaurant at night with no clear hours. Read more
Wanted grilled chicken sandwich and they said they were out. Had a oreo shake and it was good.
Never have what I want like the sourdough bread or the chocolate overload cake and then the drive-thru never works you sit there... for almost 20 minutes and nobody ever comes on the speaker drive through. When you just sit again another 10 minutes at thewindow. PLEASE SAVE YOUR GAS AND DON'T GO AT 4am it's even worse the computers are always down. I mean get it together already. Read more
They show on the menu that they have the Sweet Cream Ice Coffee Vanilla bit when you ordered is not available.
Man I'm really lax when it comes to reviewing places like jack in the box only because you're eating fast food and you'll... inconsistencies. But man we went here last night and bought 2 sourdough burgers and we got a burger with a freaking end peice tothe loaf of bread! Something like that is just plain unacceptable. That's not even mentioning how they threw a small peice ofbacon and squirt of mayo on there. Seriously whoever made this thing don't care even a lil bit about the end product. I'd bescared that they may even do something to the good. We hadn't had jack in the box for awhile, not sure when I'll be ready to goback. Read more
