If i could give it half a star I probably wouldn't. EVERYTIME I go to this place I have an issue. Todays delima started with the... entire place looking closed. No lights on the drive thru menu or on any of the outside signs. I yad placed a mobile order.Rolled up to the window and heard people talking but no one had answered the speaker or came to the window. made another passaround still no answer but i saw someone walk past the window and not even look in my direction. I honk and the lady comes tothe window and says "YOU ALREADY KNOW WHAT YOU WANT?" I tell her i have a mobile order and she asks me to pull around as she isthe only one there and everyone has walked out. Some employee walks out to my car 3 or 4 times and asked what part of my orderis. Came out and brang half the order and also to tell meb they don't have the shake i wanted. I tell him they are missing anitem and he brings it back out incorrectly made. I grabbed the food took a replacement shake and left only to find out that theJacks spicy chicken didnt even have yhe cheese on it and thats one if the normal ingredients not an add on. The double bacon cheddar burger was disgusting!!! The liquid cheese just threw the entire meal off, it was cheap and didn't... leave a good taste in our mouths. However the curly fries and mini tacos are absolutely delicious we had tried those on aseparate visit and loved them! Read more
Jack in the box has been my girls main pregnancy craving this entire pregnancy. I order her something almost every night.... Atleast once a week she gets jack in the box and I eat along with her. The food is always great the staff is amazing and superfriends. Have only ever had one complaint ( my burger was plain which I think was a mistake because even our ticket said plain Ithink I was just heard wrong) also one girl had an attitude when I ordered and was rushing me through my order. I figured shewas just having a rough day. (EVERYONE DOES) So I continued being polite to her and she then became polite back. The drive thru worker was so rude she needs to learn customer service because is no body's fault that she workes at jack in the... box. When your not able to hear a customer you don't respond with "what" simply say "I apologize ma'am I wasn't able to hear youcan you repeat that one more time " why be rude and on top of that the maneger say that's not what she said sir it was 3 peoplein the car telling you that she was being rude teach your employees proper customer service ???????? I have made several orders through Uber eats early in the morning (3AM), and they never get filled, ot when they do get filled,... the food is wrong. Also have went through the drive thru 3 times the last week at 4:30 AM, and no one answered the DriveThrough, although all the employees were sitting outside smoking and playing around on the clock.
