Terrible food. Worst lo mein I have ever had. Dressing on the salad was gross. Fries had no flavor. How do you mess up fries?

I had the steam table plate. Most of the meats were completely empty not much to choose. The dish I was looking for was gone.... The choices I settled for appeared to be old and overcooked. My family and I ALWAYS order from here. However, tonight was really disappointing. I placed our usual order and when my husband... picked it up, the lady told him our order. Came home and it was completely different! When he went back, they argued that I toldthem something completely different (mind you the order I placed SHE CALLED IT OUT!) instead of them correcting it (as goodcustomer service should) they argued about who said what, who took the order, asked my husband to place a new order when he justliterally spent almost $50 on something we didn?t order. This was very disappointing. We try and always support our localbusinesses, but how can when continue when the customer service is like this?! I rather drive to Bruce?s from now on! Visiting family in Port Arthur and needed some seafood. We was pointed in the right direction. My husband got Lemon pepper... wings, they were hot && fresh. The wings didn't make it to I-10 freeway.
