This place NEVER Mac and cheese,or other things in the menu,if I could I would rate it 0 stars. I live really close by it if not... trust me I would make the drive to nederland. We asked for honey and the girl said there?s already honey in the biscuits????,yes I know that but that?s not what I asked for.. Then she gave me 3 little packages like if they took them out of herpaycheck. When I asked if they weren?t going to make more Mac and cheese she said no because the store didn't have anymore,sowhy couldn?t the manager bring them more from another store ????. Where do I start? No white meat, no biscuits(though you aren't told that until you drive off, get down the street and come back-... instead you're lied to and told that the family meal you ordered "doesn't come with biscuits- never offered to replace withanother menu item.. probably bc there was so little to choose from anyway). The chicken stinked like it was fried in old grease,the chicken's batter was hard and super thick and the chicken all together tasted like it had been sitting for hours! When wepeeled away at it, the inside batter looked like an actual Asian dumpling! The coleslaw tasted rancid! There was no mashedpotatoes, no mac and cheese, the fries were old and cold...we had ordered a family meal which came with three sides! What wasthere left to choose??smh the fact that they'd just been robbed recently should make them appreciate their loyal customers.Instead, this place was horrible! The chicken is always dry and taste like it's been cooked and dirty Grease. If you want good chicken go to the Nederland... Church's Chicken it is always fresh juicy and hot. And the people that work at this store have bad attitudes and they get angrywhen you give them back their bad chicken. Read more
Now This The Second time I done came here and the orders jacked up they don?t accommodate you they will argue with you Last time... I clearly had a coupon stated the amount of pieces my box was short she said she ask me can she give me less than what wasstated I?m like WHAT! Now this time and every time I order spicy chicken had no spicy seasoning and they did cut their phonesoff so you can?t call get there they got amnesia just pulled off not even 15 minutes we had already started eating and she didnteven try to accommodate Period! The food was great, but the drive-thru speaker was very distorted by static and we had trouble placing our order even with our... engine off. We got the right order though. They get a little packed sometimes, but the food has always been well prepared. Read more
