Good reasonably priced fast food. Pretty consistent from store to store too. But with that consistency is the amount of time it... takes from ordering to receiving food. Not so much on the fast side. Read more
Whataburger used to be the best. Now it's just lousy. McDonald's has better service now. Ordered online. Set a time to pick... our order up. Got there 10 minutes B4 our time. Checked in. And waited 45 minutes. Nothing. Finally got our order. We'll anorder anyway sure wasn't ours. Frys were ice cold and soggy. The burgers were ok. Being they weren't what we even ordered. Read more
This Whataburger has very slow service and they seemed to get everyone?s order mixed up. My wife and I were done in customers... and at all other Whataburger restaurants you get a small orange table tent with your order number. At this Whataburger they giveyou the receipt and they yell your order number from the counter and you go get your food in a paper bag. We both ordered alarge onion ring instead of the fries. When we were sitting at our table, I looked at the receipt and they gave my wife onionrings but my combo said large fries. We felt so bad for the staff screwing up so many orders, we just left it alone and we splitthe fries and onion rings between us. They asked us if we wanted any catchup and we said yes 4 spicy packets. It said 4 spicypackets on our receipt but we didn?t get any catchup at all. I got in line again since there were no employees in the diningroom at all. They didn?t have catchup out on the self serve counter with the salt and pepper and drink fountain. Standing inline again, I saw a tray of condiments including spicy catchup behind the cashier and counter. I left the line and reachedbehind the cashier and grabbed 4 spicy packets. We were finally able to eat our food about 25 minutes after we ordered. I?mpretty sure they were just lacking help like every other restaurant in the area. Read more
I'm guessing they did there best. It was really busy but it seemed like 10mins per car. The burger was super hot and fresh but... the frys were filled about halfway and they had been sitting. U basically only have 3 things to mess up on a burger order so Ihad to leave 4 stars. Read more
What can I say, we'd heard so much about Whataburger, so maybe our expectation were a little high, but the reality was it was... pretty typical fast food. I'll say it's better than McDonald's, but essentially it's pretty reminiscent of Burger King. TheSweet & Spicy Bacon Cheeseburger had good flavor, but the rest of the food was pretty average. Where I will give them credit istheir Peach Milkshake, which was delicious. We ordered our food to go, and they did mess up one burger where we requested nopickles. Service was friendly. Read more
Working on the island, I eat here pretty regularly, and every single time WITHOUT FAIL, either mine or my coworkers food is... messed up. It's like they can't read the paper that prints out that says "DRY." I would call, but I refuse to bother. Thesepeople get paid $18 an hour and up to not care. Read more
