This is our second time here and it?s our parents favorite spot to stop and eat. Coconut shrimp always really good. Got the... Port - A burger and it was delicious. Fried pickles and jalapeños were nice on top of the white queso. The French fries arereally good and remind me of an old diner type french fry. Read more

The fish was grilled perfectly and the shrimp was as fresh as fresh can get. Not overly seasoned. A little more then I wanted to... spend...but agreat atmosphere and outdoor seating. I loved they accommodated for a large group with almost no wait. (Less then 5min) Read more

Reviews led us away from the Chicken Fried steak. Owner bragged about the Angus burgers so we went with the Port "a" burger and... switched one order to the sweet potatoe fries. Hamburgers are amazing, and both types of fries are great. The bun is asourdough and nice and fresh. Great lunch by the ocean. Read more

The food is good but not great. This was the most expensive meal ($170) our growing family has had in 18 years the wife and I... had water and the kids had tea and I think a Dr Pepper. I got the blackened snapper and it was good but not anything that wasjust spectacular. The calamari was good. Everyone at the table enjoyed their food but it wasn?t nearly as good as we expected. The service was good but kinda slow (which is to be expected in Port A). It was about an hour and 45 minute wait. Which is alsoto be expected in July. Read more

If you?re second guessing the onion rings, trust me: They?re 100% worth it! I?m very used to eat the thick sliced ones but these... will literally melt in your mouth. They?re the best onion rings I?ve ever tried in my life. We shared the shrimp and fishplatter and it was also a 10/10. Comes with coleslaw and fries as a side, they were both great. We also ordered 2 additionalsides: Fried okra and hush puppies. Fried okra was a 3/10 in my opinion but the hush puppies were BUSSIN'!!!!! Will definitelycome back again :) Read more

Pulling into the restaurant, you have limited options as far as parking goes and for additional parking, you have to park at the... ferry and walk. We didn?t have a wait time to sit so that was a plus. The food is very filling and has a great flavor to it. Therestaurant overlooks the water so you have a nice view while you are eating. Read more

Nice location with an inviting menu. I ordered the crab cake sliders for lunch and calamari. The fried calamari were crispy and... freshly fried. The crab cake had no identifiable crab as you expect and tasted like a plant-based burger, good but no crabpieces found. The bun needed baking, it was nearly raw and pale; it was one long bun not prepared as slider unless you portionit. Fries were tasty but not crispy or out of the fryer. The house margarita was a double, I got the frozen and it was good. Thestraw was extra wide, larger than the slurpee drinks, curious. We order a fried fish combo and it wasn't as expected at all. Thelong fish fingers were dry, overfried, and the flour batter thick and not seasoned. The okra, little chewy balls, gummy becausethey were not fried to order, possibly fried in batches and waiting. A big disappointment. The server was polite and friendly,so was the hostess. I wouldn't return to try their menu again. The location is attractive but there are better options for about$50 per person. Read more
