Did not make my carmel machismo as ordered. I added carmel sugar espresso and such. Nit at all what I received. I also ordered a... small coke with my meal did not get. I ordered online for pickup at drive thru. Not going back there when I come back. Geezhow hard is it to read off the ordered and add or make as requested?? Ordered triple cheeseburger light ketchup only, this is what I was served. When I went back I asked for another top bun, one... manager said she had to throw away my sandwich and make another one, I told her that I would keep this instead of wasting it,she refused and called another manager, neither had name tags and I was asked to leave the store. How they made these twomanagers is pathetic. I?ve dealt with other managers here that seem to have it together, but these two definitely have no clueabout customer service. The managers were arguing, the crew was clueless and laughing at the huge mistakes they kept making, maybe on purpose. Outright... cold hard french fries, burgers not fresh or warm. No fresh sweat tea except for the rotten tea they put into my cup! Dirtybathroom and play areas. Cookies Not fresh at all!! This has been going on for the last 2-3 years but has seriously declined inthe last 1-2 years. It's not worth a $15 combo!!! $15 can get you 2 pizzas at the beaches and you get to avoid the smug faceslaughing at you because you're getting angry at the purposeful Mistakes the crew kept making!!!!
