First and last time getting Jimmy John's. I got a Jimmy Cubano and the sandwich as a whole was terrible. The bread was dry and... tasteless, the meat was barely there, there was no cheese and no mustard. The only decent part of the sandwich was when it wasgone and I didn't have to eat anymore. For a place that supposedly values their freshness and quality I would have never knowit from what I received. If you want a sandwich there are so many better places than this, and I will not recommend this toanyone. Read more

Listen, it's not the fault of the people working there or the owner. They are doing the best they can given what they have to... work with. It's a chain restaurant and they have to work within the parameters of the franchise agreement. The corporationprovides them with truly cheap and inferior food and tells them how much (or little) to put on the tasteless bread. The serviceis decent, the place is kept clean enough; it's just food that is bland. Read more

Best sandwiches in the city! Also the cleanest bathrooms. Be sure to stop by because its the only place in town that will be... open everyday of the week good on them for actually staffing the store despite the towns clear labor shortage. Seriously if youare coming her for nature this is cheaper and tastier, than the mediocre mostly closed downtown further along the road. Read more

This was the worst service I have ever had at a restaurant and my first time at any Jimmy Johns. We had just spent an exhausting... morning at the hospital and walked in to get some lunch. The manager didn?t even look up when she told us that there were ordersin front of us and it was going to be a long wait. Mind you, we were the only ones inside and there were two cars in the drivethrough. We didn?t mind waiting, but I really had to use the facilities and I saw that the restroom was blocked off. It was notan option to wait for an extended time and no nearby place was available. I asked why it was closed and was told that they wereunderstaffed. Huh? There were 3 employees there and two patrons (us). So, while we waited and waited, I chose to use therestroom. When I came out I was told that I was no longer welcome in the restaurant. As if! So, bottom line, they would rathernot have customers than clean a restroom (I didn?t actually make a mess!). This was such an awful experience and when I calledthe customer service to speak to someone and was told the owner would respond within 24 hours. That never happened. I hopeothers will find somewhere else to go other than this place that treats customers so poorly. Read more

I want to like them but every time I order they completely ignore any adds on or take offs on my sandwich and today the bread is... incredibly tough. Doubt I will order again if they can't be bothered to make the requested changes. Delivery was fine. Read more

I had never been to any Jimmy John?s before this, and I had a few thoughts. The bread was very hard, I understand crusty, but... this was stale. I got a pickle as my side and it was so soaking wet it soaked through the bottom of the bag. Overall it tastedpretty good but I don?t think it was quite worth the price. I will try them again and see if this was a one time thing. Read more

Store #3584 I was there right after the store opened and the clerk (?not sure of title) Was great! Taking my order while pulling... fresh bread out of the oven and made a great sandwich. She was the only one there and handled the drive thru, counter and madethe sandwiches while baking bread!!! I didn't look at her name tag but the ticket says Joelee... Give this lady a raise!!
