The jumbo jacks I ordered were mistakenly made as cheeseburgers. After receiving the correct burgers, they were only lukewarm... when I ate them within 12 minutes. When I bit into the burger, pieces of the meat patty fell out of the bun. Looking inside thebun, it was obvious that the meat patty was broken up when the burger was made and it tasted like old meat. This was at middayon a weekday when the food should be freshly made. The window clerk had trouble correcting the order and the cash register tapehad faint ink and very hard to read. I placed my order paid for my order went home and found that there was a sandwich missing from my order. I called the restaurant... and explained the mistake. Then I drove all the way back to the store. When I got to the window they asked for my receipt and Ihanded to them after reading the receipt they reached into the bin and gave me the sandwich that I originally ordered which hadbeen sitting in the bin for 45 minutes. Didn't offer to give me my receipt back. And when I asked for my receipt back theyinformed me that management would keep the receipt as that was their common practice. I informed them that I had paid for themeal and I wanted my receipt back they handed it back to me and slammed the window. As if I was being a bother to them. Read more
Just went through the drive through here and I had the best customer service I?ve had in a long time from Sky. Her manners were... impeccable and a real breath of fresh air. The pita was rock hard and dry. It was such a joke of filling. The fries were half full. The rice bowl was the biggest... disappointment. I haven't had one in awhile. Their chicken is so gross and rubbery. There is no way that is real chicken. Whereare the vegetables that used to be in the bowls? So no more Jack in the box for me. Just gross. Read more

Good food most the time. Drive thru can be a little on the slow side at times. All in all a good place to stop to eat.
