I'll make this quick and dirty (as bbq should be). The brisket is phenomenal. Their sticky pork belly is quite good, if a tad... salty. They have three options for barbecue sauce, and all are great if you appreciate vinegar based BBQ sauce. However, the hotwings have the worst wing sauce I have ever tasted. It tastes as though orange peel is the main ingredient. They are extremelybitter, and that's coming from an IPA fan. It's a shame too, because the cook on them is wonderful - smoked then fried. Bbq was ok, everything else was pretty bad. Mac and cheese was flavorless, black beans were just straight boiled black beans and... nothing else, no salt no nothing. Instead of coleslaw we got some raw onion slices and pickles. If it weren't for the halfdecent BBQ it would've been 1 star. Read more
Great BBQ. I had a half rack of ribs with Cole slaw and Texas beans. My wife had the brisket with Texas beans and mac-n-cheese.... The flavor was delicious. I deducted a star because the food wasn't particularly hot. They have 3 side sauces that were verygood. None were too hot. Even on Sunday evening they were quite busy. Read more
Killer food and killer service. We stopped by soon after covid restrictions were lifted and all restaurants were struggling to... staff. Initially we were told an hour to be seated (larger party) but the the server offered up the loft area. This man tendedtables in a whole other area of the restaurant and still never once forgot about us in the loft. The food was also incredible(brisket burrito) with the right ratio of fillings (not to heavy on beans or rice, just perfect) and the portion sizes werehuge. This burrito was the size that chipotle used to make years ago that took two hands to eat. Even the kids meals were thesize of adult meals. Come hungry you'll want to eat here. Read more

Heading out to go film a new you tube video - hike The PNW. We passed the this bbq shop on the way out of town and decided we... would check it out when we got back. All I can day is I'm glad WE did.! When we walked in the door we were immediately greetedby a super friendly server.! She got us sat down and got our drinks going, the decor here is really cool also from the bar tothe cooking area to the lighting. After our drinks arrived we put in our orders and after a short wait the food had arrived! (Wewere both starving) and it did not depress the portions were really good size and the meals we top notch flavor! We both got aburger and then I got a potato and my g.f. got a side of pulled pork. Everything we ordered was cooked perfect and neither of ushad any complaints. They also have an up stairs are that over looks the cooks which I thought was really cool. Food is ok for BBQ. The manager with a beard there is extremely rude for no reason. Both times I have been here he has tried to... get us to leave simply because we have 8 people. Probably because 4 are young kids. The first time we asked if we could sit onthe patio (nice weather and a waitress argued with him that she would serve us out there) I was not pushy or rude just askedabout patio seating. He either gives us outrageous wait times or this last time simple got mad because my kids under 5 (1 and 3)were in the restaurant without masks the rest of the party was outside without masks and I told him they could easily put themon but not the young children. Never a pleasant experience with this guy. Then as I'm leaving 2 hours before closing he says"who comes in here with a large table at this time any ways" it was 6p and the restaurant was dead.
