Yummy and fresh drive thru experience:) The Strawberry Lemonade was really good. Customer service was normal.
This was the worst fast food experience I have EVER had first of all while I was in the drive thru the lady working the window... hung out of the window and told me to stop and not pull up I'm assuming to slow down orders so no one else could order rightaway... But that wasn't the worst after being honked at I pulled up and got my food took it to my hotel and ate it and two hourslater I developed the worst case of food poisoning I have ever had I have been sick for two days straight I'm not going intofurther details but DO NOT EAT HERE ESPECIALLY IF THEY ARE BUSY YOU DON'T WANT THE EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD!!!!! Service was not good. Food was decent but the employees did not seem to care about their job or what they were doing there. I... ordered a 3 PC chicken and had to pull to the side for 30 minutes before I had to go and and tell them. Will never eat at thatpopeyes again. Read more
6pm on a Wednesday. They keep dine in closed for their convenience. Imma trucker so I have to walk here from truck lot over.... Every time I have to persuade them just to get my order taken. We were the only car in the drive thru and after we ordered our 4 meals we pulled up to the window. She took our payment amd... told us to reverse and back up. We were confused as to why she wanted us to do that. Usually, we are asked to move foward towait for our meals as they can walk out the side door to hand us our meal. After checking our bag of food we only had 3 mealswith 4 sodas even though we had ordered for 5 people!! Horrible and rude service! BTW, dining room was closed and it was about130pm. Read more
Picked up an order there for a customer. Arrived at 8:00pm. Lobby was closed. Waited in line at drive through for 45 minutes.... One employee smoking weed in his car at parking lot. Two employees eating in lobby. Another employee standing outside of lobbydoor, next to pick up window, talking on the phone. COMPLETE LACK OF MANAGEMENT. Came here around 810 pm on a Wednesday night. They were out of Coleslaw, mac and cheese, unsweetened tea, apple pies and who... knows what else. The posted hours said opened until 9:30 so I would not have expected this. Additionally the drive thru workerwas not friendly. She seemed to be hating life. My bun for my chicken sandwich seemed half stale. Was definitely not what I amused to getting. It also took a while to get my sandwich so I expected it to be so hot it would burn my mouth but it wasn't. Atleast the chicken was tasty on it. Very disappointed by this restaurant. Read more
I?ve been here for over half an hour. The lady at the speaker said to pull up to the red POLE, so we wouldn?t run their drive... thru time. I?m still here and I had a MOBILE order meaning it should?ve been prepared BEFORE I got here. Not when I tell you I?mhere at the speaker. She finally tells me to drive up, just to say ?oh we have to cook spicy.? So now I?m waiting again, alongwith the five people behind me that she made park, to not waste their time. Your only menu item is chicken. Come on now. And nowshe took spicy off completely because the app now says ?not available at your location.?
