Today I landed on the island from Alberta to have a vacation with my sister. As we drove to Ucluelet, we passed thru Port... Alberni. I was hungry but didn't see anything appealing until Emilianos caught my eye. It's not always easy vegan food on theroad. Not only was I able to have a vegan burrito, it was the best burrito I've ever had! The salsa Verde was amazing and thehomemade hot sauce. The rice and beans seemed to have an almost bbq flavor. Went to Emilianos yesterday on our way out of town and I ordered a GF vegan taco. Ok, let me tell you, it was INCREDIBLE. The... taste was fantastic, the texture was spot on, and the amount of different types of flavors was literally perfect. 10 out of10!!!
