Every item was messed up in my 27 dollar order except a cheesy roll up. I tried to call when I got home & never got an answer.

Horrendous wait. Almost 20 minutes in Drive through, finally received our food...granted we ordered quite a bit, but they were... not busy at all....between the 5 chalupas (all with chicken), 5 soft shell tacos meat and cheese only, 1 burrito Supreme, 1 softTaco Supreme, 2 MT Dews, 1 pepsi, 3 frozen cherry drink slushes....not 1 thing in this order was correct after a 20 minute wait.In order to speak to them as they were very dismissive and rushed us in the drive through I went inside to return the food andpoint out the issues. Another 20 minute wait while I could hear the staff verbally griping and being disgruntled and degradingme as I was waiting. I asked how they planned to compensate us for a 40 minute wait with a car running outside, and was justglared at. I asked to speak with a manager and the response was they were currently in the office but on an important call andcould not be bothered so they presented me with a shift leader type(?) I explained my frustrations to her and she just seemedoverwhelmed and said she was new to her position and wasn't exactly sure of what to do, and would I mind calling back in themorning and speaking to the manager. I replied yes I minded as I'm here right now and I'm the one being taken advantage of soI'd like some resolution, money back, free food, an apology...really anything to make me feel like a valued customer. Nothingwas resolved and I was urged to call the manager the next day. As I got in the car and my spouse pulls off we start handing outeveryone's food which from wrappers appear to be correct. All chalupas were again beef, we paid extra for chicken, all tacosthat were meat cheese only were just meat only. Burrito Supreme had beans, red sauce, lettuce and about a dime size of sourcreme on it. Taco Supreme was meat and cheese only with what appeared to be a ranch type mayo based sauce on it. Clean not crowded but 3 children quietly sitting in corner with no parent or adult around. Maybe an employee who has no... childcare? Food was fresh and exactly as ordered. Read more

Not bad but not great. I ordered some burritos and something just seemed off about them. One of the ingredients tasted soured.
