I always order ahead in the app. The staff is fast and friendly. They only got my order incorrect one time (Starbucks can't say... that) and they immediately made it right. Try the Cake Batter iced latte! The reward points on the app are the best I've seen. Read more
I visited the Dunkin? in Poplar Bluff, MO about 3:45 pm. today July 29th, 2022. My boyfriend and I both ordered a dozen donuts... offline, as soon as we pulled up we were greeted by a very sweet older gentleman, he informed us that one of the specialtydonuts we ordered they were out of and apologized, fixed it for us so kindly and had the whole dozen made up in seconds. He toldus to have a great day and I only wish I had cash on me to place a tip for him. I wish I could?ve got his name but hispersonality was very kind and helpful! Love love love Dunkin. It's becoming one of my favorite in fast food. Only reason I give 4? instead of 5? is because no matter... how many times you try you can never call them, and their door dash doesn't offer you to choose what kind of donuts you wantwhen you select an assorted box. Read more
We went to get two coffees. This location was supposedly open until 7pm. The doors were locked. We tried to use the app and it... wouldn?t work. We asked at the drive thru about using a free birthday drink. They said they didn?t know how to do that andrudely told us light ice meant our cup wouldn?t be as full. Checking out was a nightmare. Had I been alone and driving, I wouldhave left and gone to Starbucks. Worst experience at a Dunkin? EVER. Read more
Love Dunkin? but tell the dude at the drive thru with glasses and a pony tail (I think) to stop flirting and telling girls that... they are cute. Happened to both me and my friend on 2 separate occasions by this same guy. Makes me uncomfortable and not wantto go there. Other staff is always friendly. Read more

I went on 8/27/22 got 2 dozen assorted donuts ???? through the drive thru and the when I got home not only did I get old donuts... because they where stale but I literally got the same donut on both boxes no variety what so ever I love over an hour away andmy daughter was really disappointed thanks dunking for running my day and morning Read more
