Decor was nice and very western. Food was amazing, and the staff were very nice and fast.

We were there for lunch today. Our server was Taylor and she was fast, friendly and provided great suggestions. My mom said the... mesquite chicken was nothing to brag about but edible. The loaded potato soup and Texas Ranch Salad was awesome. Read more

Stopped in here while visiting the area and my daughter. My daughter was concerned that it wasn't nice enough being I'm from NY.... But it was just perfect. Loved the decor, staff was pleasant and food was good. A clue to things is fried pickles/calamari. Toogreasy and it's not a good sign. The pickled were perfect. Went on a father son dinner. We had good service and food. The burger was hefty for a reasonable price, and the chicken nachos... were pretty good. Waitress Abby was attentive, but not overbearing. We would definitely come back again. Very pleased. Read more

We are from South East Texas and my husband was working in Poplar Bluff for the week. We were with another couple our friends... and we Decided to try out Coltons Steak House. The location was easy to find right off of the main road. The atmosphere wasnice, a rustic country look. You throw the peanut shells on the ground and that makes it fun!! I am sure the kids love it. Itwas Thursday and they were packed. We waited about 30 minutes so not that bad. When we were seated at the booth it was clean.Our food was AMAZING ???? I have attached photos. We had onion straws with a horse raddish sauce (huge portion) Then we hadsteak, Mac and cheese, Corn and a salad. I LOVED the Mac and cheese so creamy and cheesy ???????? I also liked my house saladbecause it had that good, good Ranch. You know the Ranch that you ate in school on you Pizza lol. I can not leave out the rollswith honey butter. The steak was cooked perfect my husband ordered medium.Yumm!! You guys did get 5 Stars ???? it wasearned! Now the not so nice stuff that management should see... 1. Need to fix that leak in the ceiling. 2. The staff needs sometraining on being FRIENDLY. I get that it's "work" for them but this is pleasure for the guests. We were so excited to be eatingout with our friends. The mood went from a 10 to a 2 real fast. The young ladies at the front were not very friendly. Very disappointed with our food that last few times we have been and will not be back anymore. Last time we were served cold... food, thought we would give it another chance. This time we placed an order to go, was put on hold for 6 minutes and ended uphanging up. Called right back and they were ready to take my order. Was told it would be 35 minutes which was totally fine! Gotthere a few minutes early and ended up waiting an hour.....the girl that checked us out didn't give us a copy of our receipt.Watched as she gave someone their call in order, they walked out and wasn't their food. The girl sat the food back up where pickup is to give to the person who ordered. Thought that was very wrong to give someone their food after someone had just handledit! Ended up getting our food, checked it before we left to make sure we got everything. Got home to find out that the Santa FeEggrolls was either overcooked or loomed like they were a day or 2 old! I couldn't even eat them! Also they put a emptycontainer without anything in it in my husband's box that was supposed to be Del Rio butter.
