The chick working in the pizza area totally ignored me for almost 20, while she made 3 other pizzas, removed several pizzas from... the oven, cut and boxed. I was there picking up for Doordash...my order was just sitting on top of the over with about 4 otherorders getting cold. After about 20 minutes I just turned around and left. If you work for any delivery companies I would nottake Casey's orders.You will lose money trying to make these deliveries. Read more
I was floating on a prayer when I pulled into Casey?s! The woman at the register took the time to tell me about the rewards... program and how to fill out the app.. I wish I remembered her name because she was very sweet! Read more

Alot of the people that go in here are just ridiculous to be around.. They'll litterally leave a phone on an open line to avoid... pizza orders. The pizza is hardly ever fresh if there is any at night. Coworkers are allowed to threaten eachother if "annoyed"while management laughs. Place is as toxic as they come. Read more

Stopped by to fill up the tank. My wheel chair bound husband needed to use the restroom. We had our dog with us & needed to... leave the car & a/c running for her. An associate, Diane, volunteered to keep an eye on our vehicle while we used the restroom.She stayed w our car the entire time. It was such a blessing to not hurry & worry about our car being stolen. The associateswere helpful by holding the doors open. Those little things mean a world of difference to caretaker! Read more
