Ordered buffalo wings and received plain wings with maybe 2 or 3 splashes of sauce on them. I ordered at a non busy time and... received a box full of trash. This location has a trend of sending trash to the customer according to reviews and nothing getsdone about it. The store has no pride in their products or customers. Its almost offensive to receive such food. McDonald's doesbetter at any given time even if they get your order wrong. They sent out a better order but why does this still happen after somany occurrences? Read more

This store no matter what time of day always only has one driver. Food stays coming late or pretty much lukewarm and manager... acts as if it?s my fault she only has one driver. Need to hire more drivers or prepare better. Even with carry out I?ve had thesame issues. Read more

After getting all of my food wrong, I call and explain I would like it made correctly, they young man says "let me get my... manager". After waiting 12 minutes I hung up. This is ridiculous. I ordered the buffalo boneless wings and the spinach cheesybread. Guys, there was HONEST TO GOD only 11 pieces of spinach on the entire thing. And the bread? Well, It came without sauceand the two dipping sauces I received were marinara and ranch. I know you weren't busy at the time, so whats the deal? And whatkind of person makes someone wait just because they don't want to deal with it? I wont order from here again. For the last 5months I have been disappointed at least every other time. Ordered online on the app and picked my pizza up and it was so fast and easy! Pizza was good.

Edit 2: This is my go to pizza place on base. Orders are correct, friendly staff, and their manager(s) is/are really on top of... customer service and satisfaction. ______ Edit: My order was correct, even with the modifications. Another good order, and Iwould give a 5 star review. Greatly improved from 10 months ago. ------ I hope the next time I order here I will have abetter experience. I ordered two specialty pizzas with some modifications. When I got the pizzas, they didn't add the toppingsfor the specialty pizza - only the modifications. Their website tracker said my order was ready but when I arrived I was toldto wait. About 30 minutes later I was able to walk out with food. Placed an order this evening. When we went to pick up we were told our pizza was made incorrectly and we?d have to wait an... additional time for our pizza. Before I could react the manager (I believe she was the manager) came over to the counter andwent above and beyond to rectify the problem. I appreciate what she did and how she handled the situation. We?ve never hadissues in the past, pizza is always fresh and the customer service is on point. Will definitely be back soon. Read more

Let me start by saying if I could give a 0 star rating I would! I ordered 2 pizzas and a chicken alfredo pasta. The pasta was... over cooked to the point that it crunched. I ordered a pepperoni pizza with jalapenos on the left and sausage on the right. Igot sausage and jalapenos. No pepperoni whatsoever and don't even get me started on the fact that both pizzas were burnt aroundthe edges. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.
