Honestly worst experience ever. I patiently waited an hour on out meals for a family of five. They never made out food!!! What... makes it worse is I had several employees come out and tell us it would be just a few more minutes 3 different times. If Iwouldn't have knocked on the door amd went inside I would of never got my food. I would of got a refund and went somewhere else,but now it's to late amd everything is closing. Beyond frustrated!!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. Read more

Today is October 8, 2022 at 4:00 Me and my friends were standing here almost 30 minutes in the lobby before our order was even... taken. Definitely won't be back for the slow service. Customer service skills were pretty bad as well. Read more

Don?t go here. Please don?t. We ordered through the app, waiting in the drive thru for over 30 minutes then once at the window... they said ?Oh. We don?t have your order. You probably placed it at the wrong location.? When shown that we placed it for thecorrect location they shrugged and said ?Well. We don?t have it. You can wait 30 minutes for us to make it if you want??Obviously no. They couldn?t even give us a refund. We have to call corporate and get it from them instead. This is insane. Prices were pretty normal, service very slow (take into account that they are probably short handed). Breakfast sandwiches were... fresh and good. Potato wedges had way too much garlic! Read more

We had to wait until every car was out of the drive thru before they took our order. They were out of all the condiments. The... man at the drive thru was the rudest individual I've ever met. He refused to give us a receipt. It took forever to get our food.The lady that handed us our food was the only pleasant thing about our experience. This location sucks. Read more

maybe I don't know, if you close an hour before it says you do...maybe...say you're closed over speaker? or shut the menu off... perhaps? both a better option than letting the person at the menu sit in silence like and idiot for 10 minutes while there are15 cars behind them WRAPPED around the building in clear view of staff through giant windows? the BARE minimum if you have yourlights turned on. just tell people you closed?!! The service SUCKS!! Idk what it is about Savannah or Pooler Wendy's, but they all have terrible customer service skills. They... have no idea how to speak politely to a customer, that includes the manager at this one too. I understand everywhere is shortstaffed right now in the Post-Pandemic world we are in right now. But how about you learn to be kind to the customers that stillcontinue to show up for sorry service and help keep your location open and help keep you earning a paycheck. I don't writereviews, but this one rubbed me the wrong way enough to feel the need to post. I will be contacting corporate on this location,their staff and managers. Read more

Slowest fast food I've ever had. You would think being slow would mean they're being particular and getting orders right. Nope.... On top of being so slow, they still managed to mess up our order. Manager gave us the food with a monotone "have a good day." Read more
