We don't live in the area but we stopped around 1:30pm on a Sunday afternoon and the inside was closed. Both hamburgers we... ordered were cold and the french fries were barely warm. Every day they are slow. Yesterday I waited 20 minutes for someone to tell me over intercom to wait a minute please. After 10... more minutes I left. Today same exact thing. Hire some people. Plus they never have what I want to order. Read more
I was left standing at the counter waiting to order with both the manager and another crew member waiting for the person working... the counter to come back from outside, they did not even know where she had gone during this time and clearly did not care verymuch. After waiting for over 10 minutes, the girl finally came back inside, found out I was trying to order something from themanager, and only then was I told they were only accepting mobile orders inside at that time. Supposed to be open until 11pm. Friday evening first restaurant from the interstate. Second Wendy's in a mile to not let us into... the store to eat dinner. Drive through is open. Just want to sit down and not eat squishy fries. I would love to find out ifthis is owner policy or just lazy management. Make sure to check your food. Tried to get the baconator fries and got burnt bacon and undercooked almost raw fries. Waiting in... a long drive through line. I completely understand if they have staffing issues but they definitely need to pay attention andwork on quality if they aren't gonna focus on speed.
