I give it a 3 because the food is ok but for as long I can remember at this location,they do not honor subway coupons. Why? I... have no clue and I go here from time to time because like I said the food is ok still but don't take the coupons you recentlyreceived through the mail in the past few days or your holiday weekend will be ruined by a tight wad owner. Enjoy the food but I don?t like the app or service at this location. The app needs BBQ chips please for the love of GOD. I only... have 4 varieties to choose of chips and 2 are cheese. I always order mobile to avoid lines. When I get there, someone picks thechips for me and I have to switch them out and I get funny looks from the staff. Problem number two is they don?t leave emptycups by my to-go bag. Why not??? I ask and they tell me I have to get my cups myself which involves breaking in line or waitingin it. I don?t want to have to do either. So an employee will bother to pick out my chips for me but make me have to get my ownempty cups at the register. Makes no sense. Read more

I feel like it?s common sense to warm chicken up even when the customer doesn?t want their sandwich toasted, but here I am with... cold chicken. Very friendly staff, they are very good with making the sandwiches, very clean. The drink fountain area was a but messy but... didn't bother me too much. The mens bathroom had a broken flush handle but it still worked, the lady and man that waited on mewhere very friendly, helped me with my questions and didn't give any attitude when I was on the phone getting orders and theywhere fast on getting the drink syrup working for the fountain drink working the store was very clean. Me and the employees talkand joked around while making my sandwiches and they still got it correct. Very good place to eat, the environment andatmosphere where very good. Read more
Employees were nice sweet respectful. They listened very well on what I needed on my sandwich. I would return to eat here again
