This is my second time coming to this location & overall i?m pleased with the food i?ve gotten but the service is awful. the... store manager is rude, i understand being short staffed or even having a bad day every once in a while but it?s been consistentattitude everytime. she makes it hard to even tell her your order just because she?s just unhappy & rude. No tea was made. The guy on shift tonight side tilt the canister maybe something will come out. I asked 3 times for mayo it was... like he was high. The female acted like she couldn't talk. Worst Subway experience thus far. No more back to Baldinos Read more
I?m still in shock that I saw what I just saw... so upon making my husband a meatball sub with dry black meatballs. My husband... asks this worker how long the meatballs have been sitting there.. the man replies that they have been there all day. My husbandtells him that he doesn?t want them. Being that we work in food service we know that hot food is unsafe after being held hot formore than 4 hours. This man takes the Cheese off and begins picking up the meatballs one by one and dropping them back into themeatball pan. He couldn?t even throw them away?!??! Grosssssss Read more
