The salad bar is great, all the other food was mediocre at best. This chain used to have freaky different food that was... special. Great seasonings and good seafood. It's really not worth going to anymore unless you're looking for an alternativeto fast food and there is nothing else. Stopped in exclusively for the salad bar. Brought to the waitress attention that the salad bar was a disgrace. After not... cleaning I told host, but she didn't bother to clean up either. Even the handles of dressing were covered in slop. Read more
Two margaritas, a sampler, a triple play and side salad bar with tip came to $82. Which wouldn?t be bad, except the food was... horrible. Absolutely. Freaking. Horrible. I can?t emphasize that enough. The ribs tasted microwaved. We only managed to eat one.The shrimp were sad. The French fries were soggy and old. The chicken wings were dry and microwave tasting. And the mozzarellasticks were bleh. I mean, how do you mess up mozzarella sticks? All you have to is fry them? They come frozen and you fry them!That?s it. No science to it. We ordered the same dish 2 nights in a row, Cajun shrimp and sausage with pasta. The first night, the food was plentiful and... cooked to perfection. The second night, the sausage was hard as a brick, the tails were still on the shrimp, and the amount offood was much less than the night before. We asked to switch from pasta to rice the second night and the amount of rice wouldnot have satisfied a preschooler! Even when I asked for more rice, they still gave me a minuscule amount. We were highlydisappointed and felt extremely disrespected. We did not receive the quality or quantity we expected. We felt robbed and takenadvantage of. By the way, we purchased two of the same meals each night. Please someone, take me back to the time and space whencustomers were actually appreciated and you got exactly what you paid for. Smh.
