If I can give no stars I would. Unfortunately to move further in leaving a review you have to leave a star. I ordered my food... and got to window to pay cashier the wait was extremely long waiting at the window for cashier to come to the window. I shouldhave listened to my first mind and pull off. Tried to give the benefit of the doubt in my mind to leave. I got the food whichwas awful from looks ????. Informed the cashier my fries is burnt. She replied that?s the way the grease is. Common Sense wouldbe to change the grease. I also informed when my order was taken no cheese ???? no onions ???? they didn?t listen. Because whyis there both items on my Krystal?s? Which was lunch for my spouse. I should have just got my money back. Most definitelytrashed this garbage. I don?t understand why they are still in business with the terrible customer unsatisfactory of reviewsthey have. For customers paying their hard earned money we should get better customer service. Even thinking about me paying mymoney for that nasty food that I had to throw away urrrks my nerves. I, family or friends never intend to visit thisestablishment again. I would write a review but it looks like you guys have enough negative comments already! Although my order was not up to par I... took into consideration that at this day and time that your probably under staffed and the few employees you do have working areover worked! So we just ate it although it was wrong and kept it moving! Hopefully things will get better and you can bringKrystals back up to par! Read more
Not many Krystals left! We were in an area that still has a location open. It was late in the evening. My husband wanted the... taste of a Krystal burger. The location looked closed from the road but low and behold... they were open! No complaints fromhim...so 5 stars! Read more
Employee said they were closed when all the signs say they don?t close till 10:00pm instead she took her shoes off walking... around the store barefooted and stood outside smoke her last 30 minutes and beating her shoes off at the door. She turned awayevery customer that came up at 9:30-9:49pm. I am a door dash driver the signs say ten if we cancel the order we have to take aphoto of the sign if the sign says y?all stay open till ten and I mark it closed I can be deactivated thanks for messing withpeoples money. I can't even comment on the food or the service because they never got to my vehicle in the drive in line. We waited for over 20... minutes after ordering and the line never moved. We would have gone inside, but the doors were locked and we couldn't even dothat! If I were able to give zero stars I would! We visited at around 2pm on 11/26/22. Read more
