My husband and I came to the drive-through earlier today to order food before going to an event. After we ordered and got our... food we realized they did not give us our burger then when we came back through the drive-through they had put onions on itafter we specifically asked them not to do so because I am allergic! Then I went to eat my sandwich and it was cold and tastedlike it had been sitting out for a while! The soda had tasted like they Hatin cleaned the machines in over a month I amextremely disappointed because Hardee?s used to be one of the best places to get food!!! Read more
First time at a Hardee's. Arrived around 3pm. Ordered at the counter, waited a short time while our food was cooked. While we... waited we observed members of the team cleaning the dining area. Amazed when we saw cleaning the doors included scrubbing thethreshold. All of the cleaning seemed to be at that level. Despite being an older location, the place sparkled. The other thingwe noticed was the fact every worker was clearly NOT a teenager. Which is a nice way of saying everyone there was well beyondtheir teen years. I don't know if this crew has been together a while, or if this is the job market in the area. Either way itobviously works at this location. The food arrived, it was hot, tasty and filling. Good value for our dollar. Didn't look likeall the ads I've ever seen, but it never has anywhere else. I have to say it was my first ever, 4 star rating at a fast foodrestaurant. 1 minute from I-95, if you are traveling by it's worth the stop! Read more
My son surprised my wife and i with a breakfast from here and it was pretty good. Eggs ( egg not shown because I ate it before... I took the pic lol ) sausage,sausage gravy, hash browns and a biscuit. It would have been nice for it to come with a smallcoffee without us having to think about because you thought of it for us. And that's the only reason I didn't give you 5 stars.Something to think about. Read more
Extremely friendly staff! Apologized more than once for being out of multiple items and short staff. Food was same consistent... quality, minus the Frisco burger. The Frisco burger was probably the best I have had at any Hardee's! Not sure what they diddifferent... While being short staff... But it works! Four stars due to being out of multiple items. It was nice enough. Employees were very nice and helpful. Had low carb burger. Was nice to hear that I can pick the burger and... they will make it low carb. Great would work well for marketing. I like low carb burger. Hope it is police that I pick burgerand Hardee's will make it low carb. I will go more often. Read more
First time eating at a Hardee's and was not impressed. Same menu as any other burger chain except they serve a Ham and cheese... sandwich. Restaurant was clean, staff was friendly. Food was unfortunately tasteless and very forgettable. Even my 3 and 8year old didn't want to finish there food after driving for 8 hours. Hopefully you may get a different experience Read more
My husband and I went in for some dinner as we were traveling home. On November 26 2022 a Saturday night it was pretty busy and... we noticed that there were only two employees working. The lady and gentlemen that were working that night did an amazing job,with it being busy during the dinner rush the lady that took our order was still friendly and got our order right at the sametime doing the french fries and drive thru all at the same time. The gentleman that was cooking all the burgers did a wonderfuljob as well all came out right, hot and delicious. Great job showing up to the two of them. Read more
