Trying new things in my neighborhood. This place was nice not crowded. Food was good I had the Chicken chimichanga with the... queso on the side. I found that a lot of places drown the burritos in queso. Coming from the Midwest it's very different for meso now I ask and get that on the side and eat it with my chips and salsa! Beans on the side were good seasoned. I had astrawberry margarita that was likely from a jug. Overall food and service was good. Read more

I'm new in town from Texas. Came in for lunch w a co-worker. Chips and salsa were on point so I was excited for lunch to be... outstanding. I ordered Chile Relleno and it was horrible. The batter was greasy probably from having the oil too low and insteadof Monterey jack cheese, they put very liquidy queso inside. It was a MESS! Sorry, any Mexican restaurant worth their salt wouldnever do that. Read more

I was actually traveled to this spot for the korean food next door. They were closed on tuesdays and i needed to make miles. So... i hopped in to grab some food. Let's start with the chips and salsa. Like 99% of mexican restaurants. Corn tortillas chips. Idislike stale, crumble, little handful of chips. Here i received fresh, still warm chips. not soggy with oil. Not burnt. Notstale. They make their own chips and none of mine were screwed up. Think about that. when was the last time you went to amexican restaurant. And you were given good chips. I got that here. Many chain restaurants screw that up as well. This placeisnt big and it sure had that mom and pop place feel. Now for the salsa. Good. I know how they made it. and it looked fresh. iworked briefly for an (on the border) chain. Salsa and chips were similar. Nothing odd about the salsa either. Meal, well inormally get stuff like chimi chicken. Or fajita two meats. I picked up a couple street tacos. Which were good. And a chickenbreast meal. Excellent. Food. The wait staff. Well I was taken care of pretty fast. with out people jostling me hovering orfeeling like i was being watched. or ignored. I wasn't really in the mood for mexican food. Next time i am in savanna Georgia.i will return here even if i have to drive out of route, To do so. Getting this good of an experience. Makes it worth while. Read more

I've been to this restaurant in person and ordered multiple times through DoorDash. Both ways, the food has been great and... fresh. I typically order empanadas and the outside is always nice and crispy with fresh pico on top. Queso dip with the chorizoadded is another favorite and the salsa is perfect! Read more

I don?t know whether I should blame the DoorDash dasher or the restaurant but the food was awful. It was cold, smudged together,... and all over outside the takeout container. DoorDash wouldn?t even refund my order. Either way, never ordering from thisrestaurant or DoorDash ever again. I?m not sure if I should blame the driver or the employee who ?sealed? the takeout Read more

This a small Mexican restaurant near the I-95. The wait Staff is in the early 20's. Since we were traveling to Florida, we have... it a try. My Mexican chicken soup was tasty, once I got it. My wife ordered veggie enchiladas which was small but tasty. Theproblem was that they brought my rice and salad out at the time they brought my wife's order. Since the waitress did notspecify that it was part of my soup, my wife began eating it. When my soup came out I asked for my rice, salad and tortilla, our waiter told me that the plate my wife was eating from was mine, and the tortillas are still on their way. We asked for morerice and were served and charged for another side order of rice. When I asked for a couple of slices of Jalapeno, he brought mea full side order of it. The good part is that they server Dos XX and Modelo from draft for a very reasonable price. For theprice we paid for two people, I expected more from atmosphere to cost price value and service label. The wait Staff could bemore friendly and attentive. Read more
