Hit or miss! C'mon Five Guys; let's be consistent! I always said that the chef and the management can make or break a place, in... no particular order!!!! But, today was a real miss! I ordered a cheeseburger and asked if they had Swiss cheese, "no, but wehave Cheddar." O.K., so I go with the Cheddar. No biggie...untiI I unwrap my burger only to find two "unmelted" slabs of orangecolored cheese. Hey, I guess to the chef; three chefs in this case; the orange color meant Cheddar. Wrong, try good ol'processed American Cheese. Try melting the cheese next time! Next, I asked for sautéed onions, mushrooms, and green peppers. Iguess the word "sautéed" has a different meaning to different people. The green peppers were raw, and the onions barelycooked. With the unmelted processed American cheese, the raw green pepper, and the burger being one greasy mess, it was not agood lunch! I shared the fries with my friend, and they were soggy too! Horrible experience all the way around! Maybe FG's needsto run an add for experienced chefs! Next time, we'll eat at B & D's! Read more
Wow. $6 for fries and they put them on slim fast. They have really cut back on their servings as they raised the prices. Nice... knowing you. In short...not worth the money Read more
Always good food and large portions! Always fresh and efficient. Just wish my buns wouldn't always fall apart so fast when I... transport the food home my burgers always get soggy, maybe a different wrapping method to consider in the future? Read more
We arrived 7 minutes before they closed. They were very friendly still. We figured some menu items wouldn't be available since... it was closing time, but they said order whatever we wanted. The food was hot and fresh. Literally the only 2 complaints I hadwas I didn't get my own milkshake and the fries were a tad too salty. All in all wonderful staff and great food! Read more

Everytime I come to this location I always have a great experience. The staff is always friendly and keep the everything clean.... I have always received my food fresh and fast. Always one of my main go to places when it cames to burgers. Read more
