The last couple of visits have made me decide I am going to start going to Starbucks. The last time they told my husband my app... order was placed at the other location in Pooler and directed my husband to drive there. He went back through and told them Isaved the order at that address. I had called several times to get someone to answer to be told my order was there. They giftcarded me a refund. That sure didn't pay for the gas wasted that day. I asked for a frozen coffee with coconut milk and wastold due to allergies they could not do that. I did not understand why every other coffee place could but I did not question it.This time I pay $10 for a cup of coffee with no flavor. When you pay extra for flavoring , coconut milk, and cool whip youshould be able to taste what you pay for. There was hardly any cool whip due to a flat lid because they were out of dome lids.When I asked for the receipt I was told printer wasn't working to have a good one. I was dismissed like a child. Was there apoint in asking for sweetener? Nope I drove off like I was pretty much asked to do. I will not be back to this location. Read more
Iced latte & XL hot coffee were delicious, but the bacon,egg & cheese wasn't. The cheese was not melted at all and the egg just... tasted off. The bacon was ok. Service was quick & friendly. Would recommend for coffee, but breakfast sandwiches might be hit ormiss. Read more
Quick service which is great. Drinks have been on point lately. The problem for me is: If you happen to order donuts with your... order, double check your bag because they have a tendency to forget to give your bakery items with your order. Read more
I was lucky on a Wednesday morning and caught the lobby open. Went on a Thursday morning and the Lobby was closed. So, good luck... on that. Terrible customer service. Terrible tasting coffee. Nothing like I remember Dunkin coffee. It?s a shame. Read more
I have to come inside after they gave us a frozen in the middle red pepper grilled cheese sandwich, and for what seems to be a... simple order they took longer than expected. I was surprised by the conditions of the salon I understand this location is reallybusy but take somebody who really care to at least clean up the counter and donuts and on the open if this is how they got theoverall areas other than drink I won?t ask for any food. I give this location one star for one reason,they were out of coffee? Yeah tell me about it. Good thing coffee isn't in the name... eh? The Employees were professional and courteous but there hands were tied.Hey manager? Ever heard of ordering a lil more fora just in case scenario? So I got 2 large dragon fruit drinks. Stopped in at 9am before our sales meeting today. I went inside and got an assorted dozen. The line went really quick and the... doughnuts were extremely fresh. They were so good I forgot to snap a before picture before we almost ate all of them! Read more
