Two words, unfocused and rushed. Went here on 9-17-22 at 4:16pm . When placing an order it was very much rushed by the order... taker. Went to the window to retrieve the food, and that was also rushed by the male employee in the window. I briefly looked inthe bag and realized my cookie was missing from more order. Retrieved that item then left.. only to realize when i got home thatthe straw for my drink was not given, no sauces were in the bag that i asked for. Which made me very upset. Not to mention onthe kids meal i ordered, 2 apple juices were left off. These employees need to focus on preparing the order correctly the firsttime so the customer doesn't have to go out of their way to come back because of items left off. They also put pickles on mygrilled spicy delux sandwich and pickles do not belong on the Sandwich which upset me further more. Have a meeting with youremployees .. because ITS NOT ABOUT HOW FAST YOU MAKE AN ORDER ITS ABOUT ACCURACY. I did come back to this location to replacehalf my order and had no issues with doing so. This location is usually pretty good and on point with quality. But after getting our order recently we pulled out two large... half full cold un-salted fries and cold chicken nuggets. I would except something?s like this at Wendy?s, but not here.Unacceptable. Read more
Too bad there?re only 5 stars! What an experience! I?m used to the excellence of Chick-fil-A, but this was truly unique! The... double drive-up lanes wrapped around the block, the parking lot had one empty spot, and the inside was packed too! Theremust?ve been 30 employees behind the counter, yet they all took the madness in stride. All had big smiles and full of thesouthern charm and small talk! One of the friendliest Chick-Fil-A restaurants we?ve been to! Excellent service! Multiple staff made a positive impression with... their attentive service and kindness to customers. Highly recommend! Shoutout to Hayden at register who took our order for hisexceptional patience with us as we had food/gluten allergies and ordered slowly as we are hard of hearing. The staff assistedin giving privacy in bathroom to my handicapped parent. Amanda went out of her way to bring a forgotten item and another ran tohold door for my elderly father. The pleasant nature of everyone even those serving in nearly 100 degree heat was not unnoticed.The operating manager beamed a smile as well. A great stop between SC and FL! Read more
Minus 1 star should be a choice. Unsafe entry for our 2 handicap passengers. So we used mobile app. What a joke. The mobile pick... up area clearly not marked. Went inside to get order after notification it was ready. Chatting clerk slowed progress of line.Blocking our smooth transition to get our food order for 4. Went outside as directed. Circled building 2x. Stopped to askoutside CF attendants who directed us to move outside their ?exit? lane. Their exit lane? The handicapped parking spots withclearly designated crosswalk to enter building. Clearly the Savannah Police didnt notice the parking spot violations. Neveragain. Read more
This is the Best Chick-fil-A we have been to. They all have great tasting food, but the employees in this one just seemed to... care more about the customer by going above what you normally expect. I made a mistake in my order and even let them know. I wasready to pay for another order, but the manager insisted on taking care of my meal. The place was constantly being cleaned andthe restrooms were great. Keep up the terrific work! Read more
