I went in and grab some lunch to go. It's been a minute since I've been to an Arby's and I ordered a jamocha shake, sandwich,... fries, and poppers. I tell you it was the prettiest and the tastiest jamocha shake I've ever had at any Arby's...it was made byZendaria, her service was excellent with a smile the whole time as well as the manager ...this was my best experience at anyArby's hands down. Not to mention as soon as I finish giving Zendaria my order and she made my jamocha shake, I turn around toget a straw and Bam! my whole order was ready!!! I couldn't believe it was that fast! While all other restaurants have opened their dining areas yours remains closed! Not sure of the issue but lunch time is limited... and the long wait in the drive through just makes it easier going elsewhere! Read more
Went through drive-through smoothly. Stopped by for a quick lunch and ordered a brisket bacon flatbread along with the market... fresh roast turkey & Swiss with extra spicy mustard with no mayonnaise. For my desserts I ordered the vanilla shake, saltedcaramel and triple chocolate cookies. My flatbread was great, but my wife?s turkey sandwich was skimpy on meat compared to thethickness of the bread. Also, the crust of the bread was hard after having been heated or toasted. I would order my sandwich anddesserts again; she probably would order something different if we were to order drive through there. Read more
Second time we have eaten at an Arby's and boy was it worthwhile. Pulled of I-95 going south at exit 104 in GA and planned on... eating at Chick-fil-A but the long car line made us go to Arby's. Restaurant was seating inside and all sections were marked offand super clean. I ordered the Ruben Sandwich meal plus a Root Beer Float. Bill ordered the 2 for $6 chicken sandwiches. Foodcame out quickly and hot. Total was $16.90 and worth every cent as I only finished 1/2 of my Ruben and Bill only his BuffaloSauce Sandwich. Ice tea was refilled with a new cup and we ended up taking the rest of the food home for dinner. As we wereleaving we noticed the crew doing a cleaning of all occupied booths and extra effort taken to make sure everything was superclean for the next guests. Let me tell you Arby's is my new go to when I want something besides a burger ???? or Subway when weare traveling. Read more
We've been going to Arby's for years and it's not gourmet but it's always been good with the formula they have. What distances... this Arby's from many, many others were the employees. They greeted me when I walked in, and that doesn't always happen. Thecashier was polite and smiling and that's a big plus to travelers who've been on the road all day. The order came quickly andeverything was hot and tasty, just the way we like it. With so many fast food choices out there, it's the customer service ofthe staff that keep people coming back.
