We had combination dishes with chicken, shrimp, and steak. The steak was rare and we weren't able to get it cooked more. The... server brought the ticket then came back twice, while we were still eating, asking me to pay. The third time she came, I finallyjust stopped eating, paid, and left. Very good food. Not great service though, the waitress was very distracted and inattentive. I know things can get stressful in... the field of waitressing but it was not busy at all, only 3 in our party, amd we weren't demanding of anything so it should havebeen a fairly easy task. The waitress was missing for most of our visit, out of the 4 sushi rolls I ordered only 1 was decent, they were missing... ingredients and I was not made aware of that when I ordered I had to actually ask her was something missing when she laughed andsaid yes then the roll she suggested as a replacement was half done the tempura was still raw and uncooked then she charged mefor it after it was supposed to replace the one with the missing ingredients overall I would not recommend and will not be backthis was definitely a waste of $50 Read more
This was our first time visiting a Japanese Steakhouse. We were glad to see it was spotless and very well kept. We were seated... at a comfortable space with soft and sturdy chairs. Our server was Hunter, if you get a chance ask for his section. He wasknowledgeable and very pleasant to talk to. We started out with a diet coke and sweet tea, crab rangoon and fried calamari. Allwere beyond our expectations. The soda was fresh and fizzy. The Tea had a great balance of flavors. We moved on to our maincourse the imperial dinner and octopus sashimi. If you haven't had octopus, this is the place to try it. The shrimp, chicken andsteak paired perfectly with the vegetables and fried rice. A side salad and soup came with the dinner. Our choice for soup wasonion but miso was also available. The salad was great. I've never had onion soup like this before. It is flavorful and thinmuch like a broth. We finished the meal off in a fine manner. Vanilla ice cream tempura was our choice. A thin layer of cakesurrounding a large portion of ice cream. Dipped in a perfect tempura batter and fried. Yum yum! This is a place to go if youhave a birthday or anniversary but great for a date night as well. Read more
