The food is always consistent! This time I ordered extra meat and found it to be a bit wet! I'm not sure if it's how they cook... it but I was most certainly drenched with the "juice" from the soft tacos with extra meat! It's nearly impossible to know when the place will be open. How do you serve breakfast, but not open until 9:00 am?
Went kinda late and got a taco, nacho fries and cinnabon coffee. The servers were very friendly and correctly filled my order.... The fries were hot (in temperature), the coffee was good, and the taco tasted fresh. Great job ???? Read more
So me and my family decided to get taco bell today that did not happen, instead we watched two employees one guy who apprently... had an issue with a girl that had pulled up there screamed theb he attempting to attack said girl.and the other employee holdsaid guy back. Guy was average height brown hair with glasses (attacker) this is 3 o clock tuesday september 6 the other was ayounger black guy with braided hair (guy keeping the girl from being attacked) after being pulled into the building by the otheremployee while screaming and cussing across the parking lot. It went quiet for a few moments so we decided to go inside i wasstopped by a employee average height blonde fella told " hey yo our lobby closed bro so we left all the employees were at thedoor staring at the girl who eventually tried to come into the building and was stopped by another employee i dont know if thisgirl works there kinda seemed dressed for the part like she was wearing a uniform. Whatever the case maybe with these folksseemed kinda messy and personal but none the less they had the taco bell shut down so im sure the owner enjoys having hisbusiness shut down by teenager drama guy at the door was very unprofessional and overall i probably wont be returning to thistaco bell and will let everyone know why i wont be for future reference. This location is absolutely awful. The most disrespectful staff I have ever talked to. Closed at 9pm, but had a sign on door... that said they were closing at 8pm..... OK no problem it's 7:30pm so they should still be open right? Wrong. Informed me thatthey were closed at 7:30 and if I had a problem with it, I could call their corporate. Spoke to a girl named Erika at thelocation who said she was the manager (this after they lied and said there was no manager). Worst experience I've ever had withany fast food chain in my life...... you need to do better. Read more
If I could leave negative stars, I would. Pulled up at the drive through 15-20 minutes till closing, and they tell me they?re... closed. Now I could understand a limited menu. But don?t just tell me you?re closed cause you?re too lazy to do your job. Andthis isn?t the first time this has happened. The food is always wrong. They always take forever for ?fast food?. This place isterrible. The manager needs to hire some people that actually want to work and actually does their job right. I?ve given themmultiple chances. But after tonight, I?m done. I love taco bell, unfortunately this one constantly shifts between awful and decent. It stays more in the awful range than the... decent one. I've given them several chances over the years, and I never complain. After this recent screw up, I've decided I'mdone. I won't be back. Past Thursday night I went through the drive thru. I was the only person. Service was fast.Unfortunately I got charged for food that wasn't actually put in my bag, I didn't get a straw, and the food I did receive wasawful. The one taco I did get was almost empty and tasted like it was left from lunch. Quesadilla was almost all bread. Iessentially got charged 9$ for an old empty taco and some bread. It's sad really. Waited so many years for Pontotoc to get ataco bell, and then we get one that always has some issue: "new employees" "truck didn't come" "its lunch but we're out ofshells, meat, cheese, and lettuce. What would you like?" "it's not our fault." Im looking forward to spending my 9$ next timeon another restaurant, where I can expect to actually receive what I ordered. Read more
