Ordered 2 of the meat pasta dish with bread sticks. It would have been tastier had in not taken 45 minutes AFTER the estimated... time of delivery . I called to inquire where the food was and gentleman informed me that they only had one delivery person andIt was waiting "on heat hold" would be delivered as soon as the person returned. The communication could have been much better,the food could be better as well. Wasn't the worst food I've ever had, definitely wasn't the best (it's pizza hut delivery) youget what you pay for. EVERYTIME I ORDER SOMETHING EXTRA, with out fail, this hut messes it up. I will never understand how people can?t follow simple... directions. ESPECIALLY when it is their job. I have ordered from this Pizza Hut for over two years. Up until recently, the service has been satisfactory. My last order, I... was informed that my home was outside their delivery zone. I have never had this issue until now. I lodged my complaint with thecorporate office who then forwarded it to the location?s management. It?s been over a week, and I have been yet to be contacted.I know for a fact that Domino?s will deliver to my location. It?s disappointing that after two years of being a loyal customer,Pizza Hut is willing to lose an area of customers who order regularly. Read more
I tried to order on line for delivery but they wouldn't take cash... so I canceled the order and went with dominoes instead.... Pizza hut still showed up with the order. Had to turn them back.... gave the driver a nice tip for his time. Read more
