It's kind of a toss up between 3 stars and 4. Even tho the food was good as was the service as far as the drive thru goes. But... the issue there was availability . And I am only thinking of the last 2 times i was there. I always have to have the familymeal. So first I had to get half original and half krispy and still had to pull forward and wait. And this time I had to pullforward and wait for fries. And they only have 4 sides to choose from . Read more

I have been to this location several times. You just never know what type of service or food you may receive. I ordered an extra... side and did not receive it once I figured it out down the road. The food is mediocre. Fast service if that's what you need justas I did. Read more

I was told to wait 25 minutes on chicken but obviously I wasn?t waiting on chicken because it was cold, dry and taste old. This... place is going back down hill again. This was my last ride with this place I?ll drive to Tupelo before I go back there. DONTSERVE PEOPLE FOOD YOU WOULD NOT EAT!!! Read more

They were VERY short staffed. Only two people working. But they were polite and courteous even though they looked exhausted.... Food was good as I expected also. It obviously took a while to get our food but I was in no hurry. Read more

I wish it were possible to leave 0 stars. I advise STRONGLY against going to this KFC location. I understand the labor shortage... but if they?re this short in labor, they don?t need to be open. I ordered on the app at 4:57PM. Arrived in the drive thru at5:23 and was asked to pull to the front of the store and they would bring it out. It was a large order (two 8pc dinners) so Iwaited about 30 minutes before I got frustrated. I then tried to call the store to cancel my order and get a refund. I attemptedto call 4 times without an answer. I then drove back around to the drive thru. All I got was ?hold on? so I did. For 10 minutes.Never got anyone back on. Mind you this is $50 that I?m trying to get back. Not just a $5 meal. Finally got corporate customerservice on the phone after calling twice and listening to elevator music for 10 minutes. Finally spoke to someone at 6:30PM.Only to be told it would be 72hrs for my money to go back on my card. Not even an apology. Save yourself the headache and havingto run home and make dinner last minute ???????? Read more

Food was okay. Service was slow and I felt a little like I was bugging them by being there. I actually heard an employee say... "what's she doing inside here? Lock the door when she leaves". They only had a few menu items ready so I was limited what Icould purchase. Not terrible food but whoever owns/manages this store might look into some new hires or retraining the onesthey have.
