Paid for extra dipping sauces. Got none. Didn't even get the one that was supposed to come with the wings. Ordered a pepperoni... pizza. Just got a cheese. They didn't put any pepperoni on it. Didn't even order and got someone else food delivered to my house... called about it and all they did was say sorry not fixing... the issue or anything.... and with everything going on who wants someone else to get food they order and someone else gets it noone wants to take food that was given to someone else... fix it cause I'm sure they want new food Read more
Placed an order for several pizzas yesterday afternoon, and scheduled it to be ready for 10:30am. Placed it online, so I called... the store shortly thereafter and asked if they received the order. They said yes, and it would be ready on time at 10:30am. Thismorning when someone else went to pick it up, the store said the only order they had for 10:30am was not mine. They said minewas for 11:30am. Seems like a very uncoordinated place. First time ordering from here, and due to a poor experience, it'll bethe last time. Read more
The WINGS are ???????????? but the pizza is about a 7 out of 10. I had there chicken Buffalo pizza, however the pizza was not... spicy enough for my taste. It tasted like a plain chicken & cheese pizza. I feel like they give you more crust than pizza butthe crust is good. Overall it's a pretty good spot. Best pizza in Pontotoc. The cheese breadsticks are the best I've ever had anywhere. Great selection of deserts as well. I've... had both delivery & take out. Never had a bad experience. Take out always ready when I got there & delivery is always fasterthan the predicted time. Friendly staff as well. Delivery drivers especially are always so friendly. Read more
I went in and the lady didn't use gloves to put my black olives on, she noticed me watching so she put them on. Her husband came... in the back and let his hair down to show how long it was. It really grossed me out. Hair and no gloves ???? I'm going to try toeat without being grossed out!! Great local place to get pizza, they even deliver outside of the city. If you order delivery expect a fairly long wait,... especially on busy nights. They don't have a lot of delivery drivers and they are doing the best they can. Read more
