One of the worst fast food experiences we have ever had anywhere & the worst/rudest manager I have EVER come in contact with. ... Ordered from the app. At this local BK app or no app you WILL be asked to pull foward & wait for your food whether anyone isbehind you or not. There was already two vehicles pulled forward in front of us yet we were asked to pull forward which wasimpossible at this point. This makes it where the employees have no idea which food goes with which vehicle. So of course weare given the wrong food. We went inside & immediately the manager started shouting & berating us as if it is our fault. Shescreams at me that my chicken is another 6 minutes. Anyway according to the time I ordered in the app when we finally get ourfood almost 45 minutes had passed. On top of that we were shorted our fries with our meal but I wasn't about to go back. Wewere never told sorry by the manager. The employees were nice enough but there is no excuse for the manager. It's a shamebecause I prefer their food a lot of times but I can't get part the slow & poor service. I'll never go back to our local BKafter this. Read more

Don't filling up drinks up all the way for two their rodeo burgers are so never get that..
Got breakfast for my family one morning. When I got home and open up the bag it looked like somebody had just grabbed my food... and thrown it in there the paper wasn't even wrapped around it and my food was cold the cheese was not melted at all and thecheese tastes like cardboard. I was so disappointed in this place. And disappointed in the workers. Read more
The impossible whopper or the mistake burger. For some reason, everytime I get a impossible Whopper here , burnt is what I get,... in fact it is all that I can taste beside s the bread and condiments. This is complete bull, the manager should know better.They should not be allowed to sell impossible burgers if they cannot do it right. Don't order 'The Impossible Whopper.' Read more
