Went today to get a 20 pk of cheese sliders for my husband and work crew. I go through the drive thru and they had me pull to... front of building. I waited 20 minutes, came in and they forgot about me. Asked what my order was. I told them. I waited another15 minutes or so inside then I asked if they even started my order , then they asked me what my order was AGAIN! It was an awfulexperience. Everyone who came in after me got food before me....Finally they gave me my food and for the inconvenience asked ifI wanted a free beverage..... I would have just asked for my money back but my husband's work crew were hungry and lookingforward to the sliders. Everyone seemed too high to figure out what was going on. Slower than molasses. I went initially because I saw an ad on the television for their newer 1921 I think burgers. Which were okay, but their original... sliders are still the best. Like most businesses they have a lot of new people in the restaurant and so service was slow. And itseems to be the way of it lately at all restaurants. Read more
