Very friendly, very flavorful. I mean...they're making their own patties fresh! Had the jerk, Caribbean shrimp, and... chicharones with yuca. Everything tasty, including the sides. Daaaaaaaamn. This place is great! So unassuming, in the middle of almost nowhere on this street. But that is some of the BEST... jerk chicken I have had in the US. And the gravy with the rice is perfection. It has the perfect kick too. Go here! And theowner is so sweet and cool. Read more

I am a regular customer of Pura Vida (14 orders in. 2022) and the quantity of food provided has declined since I first started... ordering, but the quality has always been excellent. Ordered today and the Jerk chicken was hard (usually falling off the bone)and tasted old, like it was left over from the weekend. Totally not worth the money. Please go back to basics and providequality food. Very disappointed and will definitely hesitate ordering again. Read more
