This place has gone straight downhill over the years. Cashiers and workers never seem to know what's going on, the "lobby" is... always chaos and you never know where the line is or whose already ordered. They tell you 10 minutes on wait time and you end upwaiting 30. Super ghetto customers, makes for a very unpleasant experience all together. Read more

Trash! Staff is rude, I tried ordering a pizza but I could not get anyone to answer the phone. So I Drove to the location on... perry street just to be turned away because they could not make change for a $50 and was told that she did not know where themanager was at the moment. What a joke. McDonald's very rude. We came in for a 2 hot and ready. Funny thing people came in after us after we had already been there for... 20 minutes waiting on our hot ready to be made. Came in for hot and ready. They left before us. They were not Uber eats or doordash. Clearly racist people work here. Do not eat here if you happen to have white skin. They will not treat you right. It's currently 9:24pm on December 17th, 2021. The posted signage at the door as well as on Google reflects the closing hours to... be 11pm, yet the management locked the doors as I approached and wouldn't let me enter during posted business hours. Read more
I believe the store needs to come Under New Management. Anytime you call it takes forever to get to a representative. They never... seem to get your order correct we are always going back having to make Corrections fixing someone else's mistake just terrible. Read more
