This place was absolutely one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. We made out order, got a cup of coffee, and then... were ignored for almost an hour. I saw at least three servers working and I asked for a cup of coffee and waited for another 40mins. They also refused to get hot water for two older men and were very rude to them. Other customers had to remind the serversthat we needed coffee and they still ignored us. Read more

This location specifically. I received better service and better quality food from the Burger King next door. The only person... who actually was working was the bus boy. The 2 young ladies and the young man either need more training on how to serve, needto find a different line of work, or need to have a manager on the floor. That was pathetic. My fiancé and I visit this location on Parkway on Sunday mornings. And while the servers are genuinely kind, we?ve never been... in there that there are at least two tables that have dirty dishes on them. The windows inside and the entry vestibule arefilthy. Last time we were in there my fiancé?s coffee cup had leftover lipstick on it from the previous user. The silverwarewas also dirty. And there were dirty dishes on a few tables. The food is always good and brought out exactly how we want it.Which now is our conundrum. Do we go because food is good or do we stay away because the place isn?t clean. Consistently good and highly recommended. The Greek salad with gyro meat is a proven winner!
I love Leo's Coney Island restaurants so when I'm close to one then I stop as I live in Muskegon. The only complaint that I... have at this location was the wait staff, which there was about 3 customers including us and there was 3-4 wait staff. We satfor a couple minutes before anyone even acknowledge us for drinks and a menu and they had to wipe down the table as it wasdirty. So, that is my only complaint about this location, food was awesome. Read more
