This is the second local Dunkin' we've had issues at. We've been to this location three times this past month. Each time my... daughters drink was wrong, the first time we had to get back in line at the drive thru and that took a while. Today was thethird and final trip. Her drink was clearly wrong, we waited at the window and requested a new drink. They took her drink,removed the sticker and added vanilla. Clearly not what was requested. The drink was terrible, (as expected). Good customerservice is not difficult, I am not sure why two locations can't seem to get it right. No more Dunkin' for us. Read more

I got two breakfast sandwiches. Both sandwiches were cold to start with. As seen in the photos, the croissant sandwich was... disgusting. The croissant was flat and looked like someone sat on the sandwich. The second sandwich was supposed to be on asourdough bun. It came on a whole wheat piece of bread that wasn't even toasted.
