They are awful up there they don't give good Customer service. I was in drive thru waiting to place my order a few minutes had... passed, no one never even said hello or one moment or nothing so I puled around thinking she would take my order she tells me Ihave to drive back around because she can't take an order up there. So I replied I said hello and I got nothing so I pulledaround and she's insisted that I had to pull back around and I know she could have placed my order on another register and evenon the drive thru register. ???????????? Every time I go to this location and order Onion Rings, I have to practically beg for zesty sauce and they never give me any.
The employee was slurring his words over the order taking radio & forgetting what he had to say every 3rd word. It resultantly... took an abnormal amount of time for this individual to spit out the short sentence "we're closed for maintenance". Very oddly, there was a car being served at the window just moments before this baffoon told me that they were closed for maintenance. Iwould highly recommend going to a different bk. Read more
8:35am and lobby isn?t open at least for doordash deliveries although the sign says the lobby opens at 6am. Trying not to waste... so much gas idling in drive thru. Read more
