The Pontiac, MI Arby's on Walton is my favorite Arby's ever. The food I get from the drive through is just as expected, which is... very good. What really makes this the best Arby's I have ever been to is that when I order, the voice on the other side tells mehe's got me. I don't just feel fed, I feel *supported*. Thanks, Arby's. Read more
Very disappointed again.I was just at Arby's at Perry and Walton at 9:45 on a Thursday evening.We pulled up to the speaker and... it tells us to place our order.We ordered a Large Jamocha shake and a Large Vanilla shake and ........Nothing no response. After10 minutes we pulled up to the window. You could see all the machines on and a person hiding behind the counter. We sat outsidethe window until right after 10.Just as we",re pulling away she pops out. What the heck is wrong with this person. Whole we werethere we saw four others try to come.This seems like a really bad way to run a business. I would not be this upset normally butabout a month ago the same thing happened except that time they actually answered the phone and told me they were closed eventhough it clearly said online 10 pm and on the window 10pm.This used to be my favorite fast food place ,not anymore.Hopefullysomebody will fix this problem.I drive out of my way to come here not sure I want to try anymore its just been a waste of timeand gas. That's all for now from a very disappointed customer. We ended up stopping at Culver's on our way home,placed orderfilled order and on our way in about 5 minute's ! I used to work at an arbys for 2 years, went through the drive thru and the employees are saying they are out of roast beef?... Okay at 8pm at night? I?m sorry has your shipment of beef not came at all? But I was very disappointed and not happy, seemedlike the employees did not want to work. I had other food not just roast beef. Not the only time I?ve been let down by thisarbys. That?s the 3rd time that they have been out of menu items, as well as not taking orders other than DoorDash. This location has struggled with supporting the lunch rush in their drive-thru, but my recent experiences have been much better.... Clearly they have made some changes that have resulted in much shorter lines in the drive-thru. I have been in and out in ~5minutes the last few times I visited. Read more

Really like the restaurant but they should really be more selective about the chicken tenders they're putting on their sliders.... All I got was two bits of bread on bread with a bunch of sauce. The sliders would be great with just some quality control. Read more
