We stopped here on the way home to grab lunch. Went through the drive-through. Very friendly service. Unfortunately this was the... worst food that we have ever had from a Wendy?s. They told us before we had ordered that they were out of ice but they couldstill give us sodas. That should have been our red flag. We bought ice from the gas station next door to pour our sodas in. Thewarm sodas however were also completely flat. The fries were burnt but cold and tasted like they were from the day before. Theburgers matched the fries. Not even warm. Complete disappointment. We choked it down because we were hungry and already on theroad. Stay tuned for part two if we get sick from this experience. Hopefully not. Read more
Love, Wendy's typically but this one. Burned the bottom bun. It was hard and blackened. I ordered the pretzel sandwich #8. Top... bun was fine. Register girl not friendly just there to work. Hopefully better next time. Read more
Service was fast. food was hot. Food was a little below standard for what I usually have at other Wendy's. And the facility was... old and dingy. Also was not as clean as most Wendy's usually are. And there was an order that was not very pleasant. There isan office near front counter that has two way mirror windows facing dining area that made me feel like we were being watched. "Cheap two way could see shadows thru them". If this Wendy's was actually busy I might understand the overall appearance but wewere the only customers dining in and in the time we were there I saw only four cars go thru the drive thru. As for myself andmy family we probably won't be eating at this Wendy's again! Read more
Disappointing. As soon as I entered, I noticed that it didn?t seem very clean here. Door entryway had dirty corners and floors.... The bathroom wasn?t much better. No ice for the soda, and it wasn?t even cold. Out of many flavors. Everything looked worn anddated. Fries were just warm, not fresh. Not what I expected from a Wendy?s. Read more
No ice!! We were not told until we discovered the machine was empty. The cashier said the ice machine had been broken for days.... The pop dispenser put out warm soda. The restaurant is dated and very dirty. The staff clearly did not care. We took our foodand left to find a drink elsewhere. What joke of a business. Read more
Food was so fresh! We were asked too wait a little for the fresh chicken for the salad. Stadf was very friendly.
We stopped for breakfast - I had the Honey Chicken Biscuit (yummy) hot & fresh, he had The Baconator x2. They hit the spot!.... Thanks Wendy's and your courteous staff. Read more
Check your food in the parking lot or don't waste your time going here......Ordered a chicken sandwich and bottom bun was so... hard I had to pull it off to attempt to eat sandwich. Then realized sprite was just carbonated water (no flavor at all) someoneclearly no keeping up on rotating soda syrup. Also could not go to Wendy's site and make a formal complaint because windowperson never issued a receipt for food usually I don't waste time on food reviews but to get a half burnt bun/or stale bunsandwich and a nasty carbonated water with no flavor. Pretty much ticked me off especially because I did not notice my order wasin this condition until I was into 20mins on the highway. Read more
