This was our first experience inside this wendys location. Let me tell you it was not pleasant, not only was the management... underqualified which she said so herself Miss Ryan but the employees didn't seem to care. First off as we walk in the floor wassuper slippery throughout the entire restaurant other than the restrooms. Ryan said they had spilt corn syrup 2 days prior andwere having issues cleaning it up. We literally watched an older lady with a young child walk in one door and slip her way outto the other door without even attempting to order anything. Second as we order our food the manager is hitting a bag out of thehands of an employee and yelling at the staff. Third other customers were complaining of how messy the dining room was, which itwas fifty and telling us it was the most ghetto wendys he's ever been to. Forth the ice machines in the lobby were out of ice sowe had to ask te cashier for ice and as he filled all of our cups even someone asking for refill the kid just scooped the dirtycup into the ice bin in the back. Talk about a pandemic increasing because moments and restaurants like this. The healthdepartment needs to shut this place down its unsanitary, unsafe for patrons and needs a lesson in running a business. Totallawsuit coming to you if you don't clean up your act! Read more
When I thought there couldn?t be a worse Wendy?s, low and behold, there is! Worse service & food. If I could give zero stars, I... would. Living in this area, I have given this place more than a couple chances. They apparently are desperate for employees andhire the ?most unprofessional looking, speaking & acting? people they can possibly hire! I?m done with this place! WHAT DOES THIS PLACE HAVE TO RECOMMEND ITSELF? Multiple people tell me doors open 9AM but I've only seen it once, when the last... person in forgot to lock the door behind him. ALSO, we've wanted to have chili multiple times for dinner but they apparentlydon't have any after 4pm or, if they do, they warn me that's its old. Please sell the restaurant to someone who really wants tooperate it!! BTW, pandemic is no longer an accepted excuse for staffing issues. Read more
A dump. Lines around corner at lunchtime. Went inside and was left standing there over 10 minutes. Only 3 employees. Girl took... money and then packed fries and burgers without gloves. Trash bins overflowing. Disgusting. Never going back. I walked out. Read more
By far the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. I have gone 3 times now, and all 3 times it has been terrible. Each time I have... not gotten all my order. The buns were stale this last time. only gave us 9 nuggets when we ordered 20. missing a burger ourfirst time there. and took 8 minutes to get our food with no one in line in front of us. one time the people in front of us inline, parked and walked in because they got the wrong order, so I checked my order, and it too was wrong. This place needsserious help. its in a neighborhood with a population of almost 30k people, and could be extremely profitable if it had even theslightest bit of competence. I will not be returning until I see a sign that suggests there is new ownership or management ofthis location. Absolutely terrible. Went through for breakfast. Ordered a maple chicken croissant sandwich and breakfast baconator. Received a chicken biscuit and... sausage biscuit instead. Second time giving this Wendy's a chance for breakfast and the second time they have completely failedto get the food in the bag correct despite the receipt being correct. No one at the store would answer the phone when I calledto report the issue. Read more
Just wanted to order drinks to cool down. After paying $2.50 for each medium drink ( they didn?t have small glasses) one of the... dispensers didn?t have any coke products but had ice. The other had no ice, it had coke but no carbonation. The wholerestaurant was dirty. Terrible experience. Read more
