Trop has always been good but so far this summer 4 outta 4 smoothies I?ve got are really thin and liquidy, almost like trop?s... blenders are past their prime and require more liquid to keep the ingredients moving while they blend. I just don?t get it anymore. How hard is it for food service employees to get simple things correct? There is zero work ethic... anymore. I ordered from here for Uber eats today. Food arrived and the smoothie was not a smoothie. It was still full of icechunks with some chocolate flavored water in it, and it was missing the oats I paid extra for. Terrible customer service. Waited in line for ten minutes just to get to the register and have the cashier decide he?s helping... someone on another register and then I get asked to step back so he can ring them on my register. Ordered online and as we were pulling into the shopping center, I received a text to pick up through the drive-thru. We pull up... and they didn?t have my order ready, they put sugar in my smoothie when I asked for Splenda. Remade the smoothie and were verynice about it. Get to Mickler and go to eat my Buffalo wrap and it?s drowning in sauce. It is going everywhere. Go back,politely ask to have it remade. They make it again. We are so lucky to have Tropical Smoothie in Ponte Vedra. The food is really good, it's convenient to have healthy "fast food."... My favorites are the Chicken Caesar Wrap, Thai Chicken Wrap, Peanut Paradise, Avocolada, and Island Green. The staff isfriendly, and they are very busy and really work hard. Keep up the good work!
