We are thrilled with Trasca?s catering! We just used them for a large dinner hosted at their restaurant. Carole created a menu... that was fun and delicious! We decided to serve buffet style due to time constraints and Trasca had everything ready and hot toserve when guests arrived! The following day they catered a large lunch for 110 people off site! I had a... chicken ceaser panino with Buffalo chicken and a side of fresh tomato basil bisque soup. Was SO DELICIOUS!! My hubby had achicken ceaser panino with buttermilk tenders and a side of potato salad...which had chunky skin-on potatoes...did notdisappoint either. Freshly prepared, delicious food!Beautiful outdoor patio area with comfy couches and chairs and afternoonsunshine...we ate in, which is quaint with rustic tables. We?ve just discovered this hidden corner eatery by Sawgrass (Pga Golf). Great Paninos; Pizza , salads and sides. What?s great is... you can get almost everything GLUTEN FREE!! It?s a hidden gem behind the Publix. Light and Bright atmosphere with wonderful staff and food that doesn?t disappoint. We sat... outside on the very clean picnic tables and listened to live music on the front patio. The kids and I had a great time. We willbe returning very soon.
