The woman working there is EXTREMELY RUDE!!! She rolls her eyes at you and sighs loudly. The customer service doesn't even... deserve one star. Papa John's needs to figure out what needs to be done at that store. It's absolutely a nightmare to deal withher. Will somebody from corporate do a test on this location. The manager is the worst. She never looks you in my face. She says it... will be out in a few minutes instead of just saying ? I just put it in and give an honest time frame. I walked in to pick up apizza on multiple occasions and she doesn?t start it until I arrive. I watch her make the pizza. She must sit around and takeher time. The most frustrating is you can?t actually have a conversation with her. She talks from afar and never makes eyecontact. In fact I have even gone in there with her not even speaking. Other fill in employees say they have heard is she themost unfriendly person from customers. The food is fine. the woman that worked here was rude and would roll her eyes and sigh very loudly. i couldnt punch the number 9 and i asked for... help and she said that it works and to just do it harder with a tone in her voice. when ordering, i asked for ranch sauce as aside and she put it into the pizza instead i also asked for a no calorie pepsi for my mom and she had given us a regular and shedidnt really bother asking for the other one because she was rude. i also asked for extra pineapple and she barely put any on.on top of that when i had asked for ranch sauce on the side and let out a big sigh and rolled her eyes. never again Read more

Not even worth a star. Ive reported them to OSHA and the better business bureau and will be reporting them to the media. Pizza: Favorite pizza joints are just a personal preference. My review is completely based on my personal preference. What I... like is how they always seem to use very fresh ingredients. The cheese to me tastes like no other. The crust is a thick puffycrust so if you are looking for thin and crispy this won't be your place of interest. The prices are very good especially whenyou use one of their coupons (they have them almost everyday). This Store: This store is about average for a delivery onlypizza store. They have two bathrooms (one for women and one for men). Luckily they do have a bench that seats 2 if you arelucky 3 people just in case you show up early. You can easily see behind the counter where the food is prepared so you canverify the cleanliness of the store (which is clean). Each time I have been there they prepared and cooked the pizza when theysaid they would. Friday and Saturday nights can get a busy so make sure you place your order early. Read more
This is probably the absolute worst experience I?ve ever had with any restaurant. I ordered a pizza and a 2 liter and got... nothing I paid for! Pizza was wrong and charged me extra for toppings I never got, and never got the two liter I bought. Bestpart is I called in talked to the ?MANAGER? supposedly, who told me he could NOT REFUND ME, OR?? guarantee me a time the orderwould be completed. Refused refund!!
